Directions
Step 1
Spread sugar on a small, shallow plate. Pour simple syrup onto another small, shallow plate. Dip rims of 2 tall glasses in simple syrup, then roll rims in sugar, holding glass at a 45° angle.
Step 2
In a cocktail shaker, combine wine, cherry syrup, lemon juice, and bitters. Fill shaker with ice, cover, and vigorously shake until outside of shaker is very frosty, about 20 seconds.
Step 3
Fill prepared glasses with ice. Strain cocktail into glasses. Top with prosecco.
Step 4
Dip skin of each plum slice into simple syrup, then gently roll in sugar. Garnish drinks with sugared plum slices.
Directions
Mix and chill ingredients. Pour into a red sugar-rimmed martini glass. Garnish with a candy cane hanging on the rim.
Rich, creamy Coquito is a classic Puerto Rican cocktail made with coconut cream, coconut milk, baking spices and, most important, rum. It is a centerpiece of the year-end festivities for many families on the Caribbean island.
Directions
Add sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream of coconut, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon and ground nutmeg into a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and let cool.
Add the rum and stir to combine.
Transfer to sealable bottles and add 1 cinnamon stick to each bottle. Seal and store in the refrigerator.
Serve over ice in rocks glasses.
Garnish each glass with 2 cinnamon sticks.
Directions
Pour Irish cream into mug of prepared hot chocolate and stir.
Top with whipped cream, marshmallows, and chocolate shavings or chips.
